Psikoedukasi Berbasis Psikologi Ekonomi Untuk Mengatasi Kecemasan Keuangan Pada PKK Pucangsawit

Kecemasan keuangan merupakan kondisi emosional akibat tekanan finansial yang sering dialami oleh ibu rumah tangga. Di Kelurahan Pucangsawit, masalah ini dipicu oleh penggunaan pinjaman berbunga tinggi akibat persepsi keliru bahwa pinjaman adalah solusi cepat masalah ekonomi, yang berdampak pada konflik rumah tangga hingga penurunan kualitas hidup. Program ini bertujuan mengurangi kecemasan keuangan melalui psikoedukasi berbasis psikologi ekonomi kepada 50 anggota PKK yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2024. Tahapan pelaksanaan meliputi tahap pra-kegiatan (need assessment dan koordinasi), tahap pelaksanaan (penyampaian materi modul NICE, diskusi interaktif, serta pengisian lembar kerja), dan tahap pasca-kegiatan (evaluasi dan analisis data). Hasil menunjukkan penurunan signifikan pada tingkat kecemasan keuangan peserta (p = 0,010). Simpulannya, psikoedukasi berbasis psikologi ekonomi efektif meningkatkan literasi keuangan dan kontrol diri sehingga mampu menekan kecemasan finansial pada ibu rumah tangga.
