Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Pagadih: Pemetaan Avenza Maps Luring untuk Proteksi Lahan dan Mitigasi Bencana

Masyarakat Nagari Pagadih, Kabupaten Agam, menghadapi kerentanan tinggi terhadap bencana longsor dan banjir bandang yang berdampak pada isolasi wilayah serta hilangnya batas fisik lahan kaum/ulayat akibat tertimbun material longsor. Kondisi ini diperparah oleh keterbatasan jaringan komunikasi (blank spot) yang menyulitkan pemetaan mandiri. Sebagai solusi, program pengabdian ini menerapkan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) melalui penguatan literasi spasial luring menggunakan aplikasi Avenza Maps dan Forest Watcher. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Januari 2026 melibatkan 17 peserta dari unsur kelompok tani, perangkat nagari, dan tokoh masyarakat, dengan alur aktivitas meliputi sosialisasi regulasi, edukasi zonasi lereng, praktik lapangan navigasi luring, serta evaluasi. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas teknis mitra dalam merekam koordinat absolut batas lahan dan jalur evakuasi secara mandiri tanpa kuota internet. Temuan utama program ini berhasil mengintegrasikan data spasial luring warga dengan skema insentif ekologis "Forest Voucher", di mana petani yang memetakan komitmen konservasi berhak mendapatkan bantuan bibit tanaman produktif ramah lingkungan. Pemanfaatan teknologi spasial luring ini terbukti efektif mengatasi keterbatasan sinyal di pedalaman sekaligus melindungi aset legal lahan masyarakat pasca-bencana. Implikasinya, model pemberdayaan berbasis pemetaan partisipatif luring ini sangat relevan direplikasi pada kawasan perbukitan rawan bencana lainnya.
