Edukasi Psychological First Aid untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan dan Kesiapan Mahasiswa Psikologi dalam Memberikan Dukungan Psikologis

Masalah kesehatan mental telah menjadi hal urgent untuk ditelaah di kalangan mahasiswa. Dalam upaya preventif, kegiatan edukasi PFA didasarkan pada kebutuhan yang mendesak untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan respons terhadap kesehatan mental di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Partisipan dalam kegiatan ini adalah mahasiswa Psikologi dikarenakan mahasiswa memiliki tuntutan lebih untuk memahami bidang kesehatan mental sehingga mahasiswa perlu memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai untuk memberikan dukungan psikologis awal. Partisipan yang terlibat sebanyak 62 orang, tes pengetahuan disusun dan telah melalui validitas expert judgment. Olah data dengan one group pre-posttest menggunakan JASP versi 0.95.1. Dari hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa perbedaan pada nilai rata-rata, dimana: post-test > nilai rata-rata pada pre-test (86.13 > 67.26). Selanjutnya analisis statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test menunjukkan perbedaan yang sangat signifikan dengan nilai p < 0.001 dan koefisien korelasi Rank-Biserial sebesar -0.901, yang mengindikasikan hubungan negatif yang kuat antara kedua pengukuran. Selain itu, refleksi diri peserta terkait konsep kesehatan mental, konsep PFA, dan kesiapan memberikan bantuan psikologis awal menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas peserta merasa siap dan mampu menghadapi situasi krisis, dengan sebagian besar menilai diri mereka pada tingkat kesiapan tinggi.
