Abstrak

Desa Mlaten, Mojokerto, merupakan pusat kerajinan gerabah yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai komoditas unggulan ekonomi lokal. Namun, produk yang dihasilkan masih terbatas, terutama berupa cobek, dengan pemasaran yang terbatas di Jawa Timur dan Bali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan skema peningkatkan kesejahteraan pengrajin Gerabah di Desa Mlaten, Kecamatan Puri, Kabupaten Mojokerto, melalui diversifikasi produk, pemasaran digital, dan ekspor. Program pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan mencakup pelatihan diversifikasi produk gerabah, pemasaran digital, dan tips ekspor produk pecah belah bagi Pengrajin Gerabah Desa Mlaten. Selain pelatihan juga dilakukan pendampingan pemasaran digital. Dengan pendekatan pre-test dan post-test diketahui bahwa terjadi peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta, Program ini diharapkan mampu membantu pengrajin gerabah meningkatkan daya saing produk mereka di pasar internasional dan berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan perekonomian desa.
